Course overview
This 8-session course is designed to develop skill as a tuina practitioner. As such we will introduce exercises that are compulsory in traditional tuina training, spend time practicing the main techniques as performed in China and will cover differentiation and treatment of common conditions of the neck and lumbar areas.
Much of the material is traditionally taught in China over many years and we believe it is under taught in the UK.
Please note that this course will be taught in as traditional a way as possible. Read the tuition page for further info on this type of training.
Tuina students and practitioners are invited to attend as well as anyone with an interest in learning tuina.
This is a development course and will not certify you to practice tuina – Longer courses to be announced soon.
Below are some clinic and training pictures from my recent study trip to China. The class is a Tui Na Gong Fa class – an exercise class based on the Yi Jin Jing qigong sets that is specifically for Tui Na students training to be hospital doctors.
